Spreadable Cheese – so much more than a spread. It can be a cake topping, an on-the-go snack, a cooking condiment or even a topping for green tea. It can be chilled or ambient, high or low-fat, made with fresh milk or recombined powders.

In this webinar, we will cover how to produce these different cheese varieties including vegan alternatives. We will also look at the processing parameters that will provide you flexibility and quality product. We are also very excited to share with you a product demonstration where we will take you through the production process with one of our Tetra Pak® High Shear Mixers.
